The reasons we moved from down by the Tucson Mall (about 30 minutes from here) are at least four reasons:
1) too far away
2) gasoline is getting higher and higher
3) Amanda has Wycliffe friends that live here
4) we wanted to live here when Amanda was in middle school
Buying a new house costs much more money than it did 7 years ago (duh!) when we decided
to move out of Tucson and move in here. When we checked out those house that have already been built
and we saw that the prices were so high we thought maybe it would be good to build our our house.
And, that's what we did. The house is one of the lowest prices around in this area.
The house doesn't have a basement and the attic doesn't have much room (the furnace and air-conditioner are up there)
and you can't put up a shed (because of the Home Owners Association) we had to have built a third garage (where we could
store things and have a work bench).
